With your camp registration a round trip transportation is included only for the first and last day of the Camp (airport-hotel and vice versa).
A representative of the Camp will be available at the Terminal and gate – for your transfer, on Friday May 27, the start date of the Camp.
On Monday May 30, several group transfers will be organized from the Hotel to the Airport.

All camp food will have a vegetarian, pescatarian and dairy menu option . If Kosher is your only option please let us know.

  • Mexico does not require any type of COVID-19 test or vaccination proof to enter the country. We recommend that you check with the airline in case connection in other countries needs anything related.

  • We recommend to buy flights with travel insurance that can reimbursed up to the total cost of your trip if you need to cancel

For Mexico there are two associated plug types, types A and B. Plug type A is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and plug type B is the plug which has two flat parallel pins and a grounding pin.
Mexico operates on a 127V supply voltage and 60Hz.

  • If, after booking for Camp Ketzev Latino Israeli you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.
  • Please advise substitutions via email so a correct name tag will be available at the registration desk.


  • Cancellation more than 60 days before the event: 100% refund
  • Cancellation less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the event: 90% refund
  • Cancellation less than 30 days, but more than 14 days: 80% refund
  • Cancellation 14 days or less, no refund
  • Cancellation must be in writing. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

COVID-safe and booking with confidence
We know that the world has changed and there is always going to be uncertainty around events in the age of a pandemic, so here is our approach to making this work:

  • The event will be fully COVID-safe and compliant above and beyond any basic government health requirements to do what we reasonably can to protect your health and safety and that of all attendees.
  • COVID cancellation: if the event is canceled or has to be moved due to COVID issues, we will offer you alternative dates.
  • Any cancellations due to a positive COVID-19 test, exposure to COVID-19 will be refunded in full up until the day of the event pending documentation and notification is provided to the MajolMX team (
  • If quarantine or isolation during Camp is required due to a positive COVID-19 test or exposure to COVID-19, the attendee will be responsible for any expenses incurred including, but not limited to lodging, meals, incidentals, and altered travel.

COVID Policies may change but at the moment, all participants who are eligible for vaccination must be fully vaccinated. For those who are unable to be vaccinated, we will accept valid proof of a negative PCR test taken within 24 hours of arrival.

Testing at arrival is a possibility that is still being evaluated.

Those with a positive COVID test, with any symptoms or recent exposure to infected people should cancel their participation.
